Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing SpeakSpanish.Tv! We are committed to delivering exceptional educational support while respecting the time and effort our tutors dedicate to preparing for each session. To ensure fairness for both our clients and tutors, we have established the following refund policy:
Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (Minus Third-Party Fees)
Clients may request a 100% refund (less any third-party transaction fees, e.g., PayPal, Stripe) for sessions canceled at least 36 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This allows tutors to adjust their schedules and allocate time to other students.
Partial Refund (50%)
For cancellations made less than 36 hours before the session, a 50% refund will be issued. This compensates tutors for the preparatory work already completed while acknowledging the late notice.
No Refund
No refunds will be provided:
- For sessions that have already taken place.
- If a client fails to attend a session without prior cancellation (“no-show”).
- For cancellations requested after, or during, the session’s scheduled start time.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@speakspanish.tv with the subject line “Refund Request: [Session Date/Time].”
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method, minus third-party fees.
Rescheduling Option
As an alternative to cancellation, clients may reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to tutor availability.
Important Notes
Third-party fees (e.g., payment processing) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.
